Refund Policy – MS KRISH FINANCIALS
At MS KRISH FINANCIALS, we are committed to delivering top-notch financial education and training under the guidance of Mr. Chandril Ray, a SEBI-registered financial expert and FRM-certified instructor. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for fee refunds, in line with applicable Indian laws and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
This policy applies to all courses, webinars, training sessions, and digital content offered through our platform where payments are processed via a third-party payment gateway.
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification.
- Transaction Failure: If your account is debited but the transaction fails, the payment gateway will auto-initiate a refund per RBI's TAT norms.
- Access Issues: If technical errors prevent access to the course for more than 72 hours, a full or partial refund may be reviewed and processed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or loss of interest after payment.
- Delay in course participation by the subscriber.
- Failure to complete the course within the assigned time.
- Perceived lack of content utility after purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email support@chandrilray.com within 7 days of payment.
- Include your full name, transaction ID, course name, payment date, and reason.
- Our support team will acknowledge the request within 3 business days and initiate the refund within 7 business days. Refund should be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are initiated to the original source of payment.
- Refunds will be credited post initiation within 7–10 business days, depending on banks/payment gateway timelines.
- Failed transactions are auto-reversed per RBI TAT norms.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days in line with RBI norms.
MS KRISH FINANCIALS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
